Muscles pair your aerobic training. They work to increase
your body's ability to perform the functions that you need.

Muscle fitness requires doing a certain amount of pounds
several times. For example, you may be doing 10 pound
repetitions and doing at least 15 reps. This means you'll be
doing the same exercise 15 times at that same 10 pounds. Again,
this works to increase the endurance and size of the muscle.
Over time, you should be able to increase your workload in
terms of reps and then in weight, too.
Why should you consider muscle fitness? There are many
reasons. One of them is weight loss. For many people, building
muscle mass will help even the best weight loss
products to work even better for them. That's
because as you gain muscle mass, the muscle becomes leaner and
healthier. To do the job that you are asking it to do you the
muscles will require more nutrients and more energy. Your body
resorts to stored fat to help compensate for this need. The
bottom line is that lean muscle mass burns through fat, even
stored fat, faster allowing you to lose weight faster and
easier.
