gradually increase your workout each day.
Continue exercising until you begin to experience slight
discomfort and then slow down and walk for a couple minutes to
allow your heart rate to return to normal. Make certain that
you stretch well before AND after you exercise as this will
help to avoid soreness in your muscles and prevent injury. Make
certain not to bounce while stretching as this can cause
injury.
